- Your new book “If You Lead” uses Kipling’s classic poem “If—” to describe a leadership framework based on sixteen essential attributes that all leaders must have. Tell me about what the poem means to you and what motivated you to write the book.

This is a really great interview. One thing that I have learned about leadership when managing projects is to always set proper expectations up front. Missing this step only leads to dealing with more problems down the road.
