The Value of the PgMP Credential in the Working World

jeff_hodgkinsonIn this podcast, I invite Jeff Hodgkinson, PgMP, PMP, RMP to talk to us about the benefits and value of the Program Management Professionals (PgMP®) Credential in the Working World.

Jeff will share with us information that he presented at the 2010 PMI Global Congress with Brian L. Grafsgaard, PMP, PgMP, QBS about the results from a survey he conducted of over 200 Program Management Professionals.

We will learn how obtaining the new PgMP® credential has benefited them along with a few personal success stories.

I you are thinking about getting the Program Management Professional certification, then you will get information about the benefits and value of getting this credential based on the real experiences of many program professionals. You also get information about the application process.

If you are already a PgMP® credential holder, then you will find out what benefits others have obtained and get ideas for your personal development plans.

Jeff was among the first people to obtain PMI’s Program Management Professional (PgMP®) certification and has held the Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential since 1991

He received the 2010 PMI Distinguished Contribution Award for his support of the Project Management profession from the Project Management Institute. He was also the 2nd place finalist for the 2009 Kerzner International Project Manager of the Year Award TM.
